In the Presence of HH Sayyida Basma bint Fakhri Al Said: The Entrepreneurship Center at Dhofar University participates in the cultural activity held by the “Whispers of Serenity Clinic” in Muscat

On Sunday February 18, Dr.. Lujain El-Maghraby (Director of Entrepreneurship Center and Chair of CCBA’s Industrial Engagement Committee) participated in the cultural activity held by (Whispers of Serenity Clinic) in Muscat, as part of a joint event between psychology focused (You Are Not Alone) campaign, headed by HH Sayyida Dr. Basma bint Fakhri Al Said, and (Vox Cinema) of the Emirati Futtaim group. The event was attended by Her Highnesses, academics, media figures, and community women in Muscat.

This activity included the special screening of the cultural film (Three), directed by Emirati film director Nayla Al Khaja, which discussed three main topics related to psychological health: (1) mental health safety, (2) the stage of maturity, and (3) the meeting of the West with the East. The Entrepreneurship Center believes the three focus areas are strongly related to the mental health of entrepreneurs.

This cultural activity also fits with the objectives of the Entrepreneurship Center’s new strategic plan which pays significant attention to the psychological motivation of entrepreneurs, which has a direct impact on their readiness to overcome potential difficulties in their entrepreneurship journeys. The center’s team believes that excellent psychological health is a prerequisite for maintaining any entrepreneur’s passion, creativity, and will to succeed
