Program Objectives
- Develop students’ analytical, critical, and strategic thinking abilities to enable them to address complex management problems, make effective decisions, and apply advanced theoretical knowledge and contemporary management models to analyze business environments.
- Enhance students’ advanced research skills by conducting original studies that contribute to theoretical knowledge and professional management practices, while addressing national and regional development needs.
- Prepare students to assume various leadership roles in different organizations by developing strategic vision, fostering innovation, and creating sustainable organizational impact.
- Develop effective academic and professional communication skills with diverse audiences through advanced presentation and analytical methods that facilitate knowledge transfer and the exchange of expertise across multicultural environments.

- Enable students to use modern digital technologies and organizational transformation tools to solve management problems according to the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and 21st-century skills.
Admission Requirements
- The applicant must hold a master’s degree in management or a related field, such as business administration, public administration, strategic management, human resource management, quality management, or organizational leadership.
- The university from which the applicant obtained the degree must be recognized by the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman.
- The applicant must have a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of “Good” at the master’s level.
- The applicant must submit at least two recommendation letters from faculty members who taught them during their master’s studies. The letters must include an assessment of the applicant’s research skills, analytical abilities, and academic commitment.
- Successful completion of the written examination and interview.
- Submission of a curriculum vitae (CV) that outlines the candidate’s qualifications, research interests, research experience, research publications, professional experience, and skills.
Note: Selection Criteria
Applicants will be ranked based on the weighted score comprising the applicant’s Master’s CGPA, interview score, and written examination score.
Tuition Fees
The tuition fee for the program is OMR 90 per credit hour, with a total estimated tuition fee of OMR 8,100 for the entire program. These fees are subject to change in accordance with university decisions from time to time.
Total Credit Hours
The program comprises a total of 90 credit hours.
